08 How we work
FC is a membership practice, not an agency. Members commit to an annual partnership and get the same people across strategy, content, and production. The same team, every month, learning your business deeper as the year goes on.
Membership is capped. We will not take on a member unless we believe we can do the work properly, which is why we ask prospects to apply rather than just buy. The trade-off is depth. We sacrifice scale to be useful.
