What this site is for
This is a marketing site for Foundation Collective. It explains our work, our method and our membership, and gives prospective clients a way to get in touch through the Find your fit and Talk to us forms.
Sending an enquiry through either form is not a binding agreement on either party. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written service agreement.
The members area
The members area is for members we have set up. Access codes are personal: please don't share them. Toolkit documents in the members area are for your own organisation's use.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, video, design, code, the F mark, the Restated mark, the Framework mark, the six stage flags and the Restate Framework methodology) is the intellectual property of Foundation Collective Limited (or, in the case of Restated, the held subsidiary Restated Ltd) unless explicitly marked otherwise.
Case studies and client work shown on this site are published with the client's permission and remain the intellectual property of the respective parties as set out in our service agreements.
You may view the site, share links to it, and reference its content in commentary or reporting with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify or use the site's content or design for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The Restate Framework is FC's proprietary methodology. The framework itself, including the six stages and twenty blocks, is FC's intellectual property, though outputs we create for members under the framework belong to those members.
Other sites and content
This site plays films hosted on Vimeo and links to other sites, including LinkedIn, Restated, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and client websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of sites we link to.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that everything is free from error or omission. Statistics, case study outcomes and client information are accurate at the time of publication.
